The main purpose

Quick-closing butterfly valves are mainly used in high-safety systems such as steam turbine extraction pipelines and blast furnace gas residual pressure power generation devices. In order to prevent the pressure in the steam turbine from suddenly reducing when the steam turbine unit suddenly sheds load, the steam in the exhaust pipe and each heater is poured into the steam turbine, causing the steam turbine blades that rotate at a high speed of more than 3,000 rpm to suddenly reverse rotation, causing the steam turbine blades to be broken and damaged. In the event of a serious accident of the turbine generator, the valve is used for emergency shutoff. When a crisis occurs in the system, the emergency valve can be closed within 0.3 to 0.8 seconds to achieve reliable cutoff of the pipeline.

 

Features

• The valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric metal sealing structure. When closed, the metal sealing ring installed on the valve plate and the tapered valve body sealing surface are pressed against each other and in perfect circular contact. When opened, the entire sealing surface between the sealing ring and the valve seat is mutually exclusive. Simultaneous disengagement, that is, instant contact and instant disengagement. There is no macro friction between the sealing surfaces, little wear, small opening and closing torque, high sealing accuracy, high temperature resistance, and long service life;

• The laminated composite conical metal sealing surface of the butterfly plate is composed of several sealing layers. The sealing contact part is a conical surface instead of a line. After the first layer of sealing fails, as long as it is moved a little, several more layers can play a sealing role, overcoming the problem. The disadvantage of the line seal being that after the sealing area is worn, it can no longer seal and leak;

• The hydraulic actuator uses a fork transmission to push the stem of the butterfly valve to rotate to open, close and adjust the valve; one end of the transmission box is a hydraulic cylinder control system, and the other end is equipped with a return spring cylinder;

• The hydraulic source of the hydraulic actuator can be provided by steam turbine anti-fuel oil or a supplied hydraulic station, which can be selected according to the customer’s site conditions.
