The main purpose
This valve is used in high pressure heater isolation system. When the high-pressure heater cannot operate normally and malfunctions, an isolation system needs to be set up. The isolation system can detach the high-pressure heater and bypass the water supply, thus protecting the high-pressure heater and allowing the unit to operate normally.
According to customer requirements, two valve combination solutions can be used for the isolation system: a combination structure of inlet electric three-way valve and outlet gate valve, and a combination structure of inlet three-way valve and outlet three-way valve. The valve is operated by an electric actuator to switch between the main path and the bypass. The brand of the electric actuator can be selected according to user requirements.
Features
• The valve body can be made of cast or forged materials. The forged three-way valve has a “Z”-shaped structure, and the cast three-way valve has a “T”-shaped structure;
• The upper seat of the inlet three-way valve adopts a self-sealing structure and uses a metal self-sealing ring, which is resistant to high temperature and high pressure and has reliable sealing;
• The inlet and outlet valves simultaneously control the opening and closing of the valves through electric devices, which ensures reliable operation.
