When the high-pressure heater pipe system ruptures, causing the water level to rise and reach the alarm level, the inlet valve is quickly closed, and the check valve is also quickly closed, cutting off the high-pressure heater, causing the high-pressure heater to be decoupled, and the water supply is bypassed. To protect the high-pressure heater and ensure the normal operation of the unit.

Features

• Inlet hydraulic valve

The entrance and exit of the main road of the inlet hydraulic valve is straight-through, divided into upper valve seat seal and lower valve seat seal. The upper layer takes two small bypasses, and the lower path takes the main road and increases the water supply direction through the two sealing surfaces.

The valve is equipped with a piston hydraulic device, and the control medium usually comes from condensate. The piston is divided into two water chambers. There is a long flow of water on the upper part of the piston. It flows through the through hole on the piston to the lower water chamber and discharges out of the water chamber. It cleans the pipeline and prevents jamming.

• Outlet check valve

The outlet check valve body is consistent with the inlet valve. When the inlet valve opens and closes, the outlet check valve disc moves freely under the action of the medium to open and close the valve.

• The valve is designed with a hand wheel. When the valve is closed and decoupled, the valve can be closed by the handwheel at the same time to prevent the valve from opening accidentally and increase safety. However, when the valve opening system is operating normally, the handwheel should be turned to the uppermost position to avoid affecting the valve opening.
