The main purpose
The hydraulic pressure test blocking valve is installed on the steam pipeline at the outlet of the superheater of the power station boiler and the inlet and outlet of the reheater as an isolation device for the static hydraulic pressure test. During the hydraulic pressure test, internal parts such as blocking plates, O-rings and support plates are installed to achieve sealing during the hydraulic pressure test; after the hydraulic pressure test is completed, the pressure test internal parts are removed and installed into the inner parts of the diversion pipe for use as pipes.
Features
• The valve under high temperature and high pressure conditions adopts a middle cavity pressure self-sealing structure, and the medium and low pressure uses a middle cavity flange bolt sealing structure;
• One side of the valve body is processed with a flat sealing surface, and the blocking plate is equipped with an O-ring seal to achieve the joint action of hard seal and soft seal, and the pressure test seal is reliable;
• The guide tube is installed during normal operation of the pipeline to avoid eddy currents in the medium in the valve and reduce flow resistance. The guide tube is designed with a pressure plate to compress the guide tube to avoid vibration during operation;
• Design two pressure test seal pre-tightening bolts in the center and upper part of the blocking plate. Use a universal wrench to tighten the upper pre-tightening bolts, and use leverage to pre-tighten the blocking plate. No special tools are needed, and the operation is easy;
• All internal parts are loaded from the top, making them easy to use and maintain; the hydraulic test internal parts can be disassembled and reused multiple times, reducing costs and labor intensity.
