The main purpose
The feed water regulating valve is mainly used in the boiler water supply system. Its function is to supply water to the evaporator and adjust the feed water flow to maintain the evaporator water level at a baseline value corresponding to the turbine load change. It is suitable for regulating the feed water flow in 125, 200, 300, 600 and 1000MW units.
Features
• The valve body and valve cover are integrally forged, and other pressure-bearing parts are forged, with uniform structure and beautiful appearance, avoiding possible casting defects in castings;
• The internal parts adopt a press-fit porous superimposed pressure reduction structure, changing the traditional one-time pressure reduction into multiple pressure reductions. It has a compact structure, anti-cavitation, low noise, and easy installation and maintenance;
• The valve cover and internal parts adopt stepped limit seals, and the valve stem packing adopts a combination of V-shaped flexible graphite and reinforced molded graphite to improve sealing performance;
• The regulating valve can be equipped with our pneumatic actuator, or other brands of pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators according to customer requirements.
