The main purpose

The empty discharge check valve is also called an automatic backflow valve. It is mainly used at the outlet of the water supply pump to work with the minimum flow recirculation valve of the water pump to maintain the safe operation of the system.

• The opening and closing of the main valve is linked with the opening of the bypass to automatically control the bypass flow to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction;

• Fully automatic control, no external driver required, reducing energy consumption and additional investment in equipment, as well as installation and maintenance costs;

• Stable operation of the main pump is still ensured under low flow conditions;

• The realization of low flow reduces the occurrence of water hammer in the system and protects the safety of the equipment.
