The main purpose

High temperature and high pressure lift check valve is suitable for medium and small diameter pipelines, steam and water medium pipelines and medium pipelines such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, etc. under various working conditions. Relying on the self-weight of the valve disc and the fluid pressure difference to automatically prevent fluid backflow. Since the valve is closed by its own weight, it should generally be installed on a horizontal pipeline.

Features

• The valve body is borrowed from the high-temperature and high-pressure stop valve body. The valve body adopts a fully forged process, with uniform structure, beautiful appearance and no structural defects;

• The valve disc is the only moving part, with compact structure and reliable function;

• The sealing surface is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide to ensure high hardness and poor hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, and effectively extend the service life;

• A spring-loaded design can be added to ensure sealing even under low pressure conditions.
