The main purpose

The product covers the main water supply conditions of 600MW to 1000MW ultra (super) critical units, with a pressure level up to Class3500, meeting the requirements of large-sized main water supply pipes of ultra (super) critical units to prevent medium backflow.

Features

• The valve body is integrally forged from the same material as the pipeline, with reliable pressure bearing and beautiful appearance;

• The valve disc adopts an internal hanging structure, with no external leakage points except for the self-sealing of the middle cavity, and the structure is compact;

• The pressure self-sealing part of the valve cover relies on an ablation self-sealing ring to achieve reliable sealing under high temperature and high pressure;

• The shaft and rocker adopt a multi-sliding pair design, and the surface of the shaft is treated with anti-corrosion and hardening to resist scratches and prevent the valve disc from opening and closing.

• The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are overlayed with STL carbide, which is resistant to high temperatures and provides a tight and reliable seal.
