The main purpose

High-temperature and high-pressure forged steel gate valves are suitable for steam-water medium pipelines and petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other medium pipelines under various working conditions, and are used for shutting off and isolating the medium. Compared with other valve products, this series is characterized by high temperature and high pressure resistance and a unique self-sealing design. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing.

• The valve body is integrally forged from the same material as the pipeline, with reliable pressure bearing and beautiful appearance;

• The valve adopts a pressure self-sealing structure, and the high-temperature valve adopts an anti-burning reinforced self-sealing ring, which ensures reliable sealing and long service life;

• The surface of the valve stem has been treated with anti-corrosion treatment, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, effectively reducing the opening and closing torque, making the valve operation easier;

• Use braided and reinforced graphite combined fillers to improve sealing strength while meeting sealing performance;

• The gates can be made of wedge-type elastic single gate, pivot-type wedge-type double gate structure and parallel double-gate structure;

• Driving modes are available: manual, electric, pneumatic, turbine transmission and other driving modes.
