High temperature and high pressure stop valves are widely used in steam and water medium pipelines and petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other medium pipelines under various working conditions, for shutting off and isolating the medium. This series of valves are our company’s classic “Nantong-style” globe valve products.

Features

• The valve body adopts full forging process, with uniform structure, beautiful appearance and no structural defects;

• The valve adopts a bonnet-less design and has a compact structure;

• The sealing surface is overlayed with cobalt-based carbide to ensure high hardness and poor hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, and effectively extend the service life;

• The valve disc can use a solid carbide sphere according to customer requirements, which is resistant to erosion. The freely rotating sphere has a self-centering function and the sealing is more reliable;

• The surface of the valve stem has been treated with anti-corrosion treatment, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, effectively reducing the opening and closing torque and making the operation easier;

• Driving mode: manual, electric, pneumatic and other driving modes.
