Why are forged steel valves of different weights?
The weight of valves varies mainly depending on the manufacturing material, processing method, size and pressure.
For example, the higher the density of the manufacturing material, the heavier the forged steel valve will be; valves forged from carbon steel are heavier than valves made from welded steel plates.
