Come in and disassemble the forged steel stop valve
In the high-temperature and high-pressure refinery pipelines and steam-roaring generator sets, there is a valve that is like a loyal guard, accurately controlling the life and death gate of the fluid – it is the forged steel stop valve. Compared with cast valves, it is more like a “special force” that has been tempered by thousands of hammers, and is specially selected to fight hard battles under extreme working conditions.[Forged, born strong]
The valve body, valve cover and other core components of the forged steel stop valve are made of forged steel billets, which are repeatedly hammered by a 10,000-ton press. The internal grains are as tight as muscle fibers, and can withstand 560℃ high temperature and 25MPa high pressure (equivalent to 250 atmospheres).[Hard-core structure, watertight]
Valve disc design: flat bottom valve seat + conical valve disc, when closed, it is like a cone piercing into a cork, cutting off the fluid cleanly, and the leakage rate is 10 times lower than that of the gate valve.
Sealing combination: graphite gasket is resistant to high temperature, and the hard alloy cladding layer is resistant to erosion. Even if steam whistles with gravel, it can be tightly locked for ten years.[Operational feel, stable, accurate and powerful]
When the handwheel is turned, the valve stem thread rises and falls precisely like a climbing gear, and the opening can finely adjust the flow rate. This is a “micro-operation skill” that ball valves and butterfly valves cannot achieve.
